  This notice is to request all residents to please check their hot water heaters for leaks or other issues. Typically our Condominium sees an uptick in leaking water heaters when the weather changes and people start using AC.
  
  Install a water alarms inside a Water Heater drip pan. If you do not have a water alarm, you are highly encouraged to purchase one or request one from the association.
