The condominiums are located near Exit #18 off Interstate 270 in Clarksburg, MD. The properties are managed by Abaris Realty, Inc. located at 7811 Montrose Rd #110 Potomac, MD 20854.
The Board of Directors meets four (4) times a year.

The Clarksburg Condo II is part of the Clarksburg Town Center, CTC (aka the main HOA).
Condo II and the Clarksburg Homeowners Association, Inc. have their own separate managment companies. The Condo II residents are part of both associations, thus condo residents pay both Condo II and Main HOA monthly dues.
